FreeWill

It’s that time of year when we set goals to improve our lives and ensure the safety and happiness of our family. HK’s leading law firms, Oldham, Li & Nie (OLN), to re-launch the Free-Will campaign!

For a donation of HK$2,000 to CWS, experts in OLN’s probate and estate planning department will help you draft a simple Will.  Having a Will in place ensures that your wishes are carried out and that your loved ones are provided for after your death.  You may already have a Will in place, but financial circumstances may have changed or your family may have grown, so it is always prudent to update your Will.

If a simple Will is not sufficient for your needs, OLN can still assist you and your donation can be used as credit towards the final cost of a more bespoke Will.

Alternatively, if you already have a valid Will in place, for the same donation of $2,000, OLN is also offering to draft a Deed of Appointment of Guardian, an important document to ensure that your children are taken care of without the need for social welfare or court involvement.

Take part in the Free-Will campaign, and you will help yourself and help others!

Contact CWS at avishek@cwshk.org or 2526 8810 to sign up for the campaign.  You will be introduced to a lawyer at OLN once you have made your HK$2,000 donation – it is that simple to secure your family’s future and change a family’s life in Nepal through CWS!

Funds raised from the Free-Will campaign will go towards the Kopila Project, a Safe Home providing care, counseling and training to young women (and their children) rescued from abuse and exploitation in Nepal.  Your HK$2,000 will help provide shelter, food, counseling, basic healthcare and training to 4 young women for the whole year.

OLN’s Free-Will campaign for CWS will launch on 25th January 2016 and run until 29th February 2016.
